1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We accept payment via Paystack and bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders at our discretion. An order confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is verified.

4. Bank Transfer Payments

If you choose bank transfer, your order will be held for 24 hours pending payment confirmation. Please send proof of payment via WhatsApp or email. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Other Nigerian states: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Free shipping on all Lagos orders above ₦150,000. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, email nswearsoffical@gmail.com.

7. Custom Orders

Custom fitting orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. We will confirm all measurements and design details with you before beginning production.

8. Bulk Orders

Bulk order terms (minimum quantities, pricing, lead times, and payment schedules) are agreed separately at the time of enquiry. These Terms apply where no separate bulk order agreement is in place.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of NS Wears Official and protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

NS Wears Official shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
